Majesty is a global black owned business development company that strives to solve problems and help people of underserved communities establish pillars of generational wealth. We do so by developing smaller businesses who then branch out and offer ownership and or equity to our partners. The ideas we invest in have existed with or intend to integrate community development strategies inside their business models' to assist the people of our community in becoming the best version of themselves.
The "School to wealth pipeline" created by Founder Haile Ferguson is a program designed to work contrary to the "School to prison pipeline". The "School to prison pipeline" is a theory based on the increasing number of children from disadvantaged backgrounds, specifically African American children becoming victims of mass incarceration due to many municipal policies and generational systems. We want to engage in the reversal process of this 40 year institutionalized prison nexus. We believe that by exposing our community to direct access to ownership and how it can benefit our people, those who become our partners in any fashion will in a way feel a sense of obligation to do right by nothing less than their generation to come. This will spark a positive incentive in our youth to build and or expand on what came before them. Studies have shown that intellectually gifted and talented children from less advantaged households have a lesser chance at success and no matter the intellectual gifts that often success is weighted heavily in favor of children from wealthier homes. This is supported by numerous things like education interventions, better diets, child enrichment activities etc.. These statements are only to ensure you that wealth is a prominent factor in a child's catapult to success. The mission behind the "School to wealth pipeline" is to enhance individuals second line of education, increase their chances of succeeding, and decrease their chances of incarceration. Generational wealth is a major contribute to the wealth gap between races in America and around the world. We can collectively mend this gap with the " School to wealth pipeline" distributing assets that can be passed down to future children and close relatives.
The global initiative is currently exclusively set around the continent of Africa. We want to bridge a gap between communities and familiarize foreign relations between African and American citizens. Africa is an unrecognized paradise for young entrepreneurs. Through our partnerships we believe we can open a new world of opportunities. Our company's eagerness towards problem solving will leave us no choice but to land exactly where we are needed. There is no question that we are welcomed with open arms and we certainly aren't alone. Studies show that millions are returning to Africa each year and the number of those interested is only set to increase at a very high rate. With more tools, resources, and capital this will leave nothing except room for total economic growth. We believe this is the best environment for establishing wealth, growth, ownership, safety, culture, and the development of communities. Not to be mistaken for being acquisitive our motives are always set around team building, group economics, and the development of the less fortunate.
